Inspired by the constellation Orion whose brightest star is the red giant called Betelgeuse, one thousand time larger than our sun.

Tasting Notes:

A full bodied Bordeaux-styled blend with layers of black fruit and rounded off with truffles. A combination of new and second fill French barrels were used to mature the wine for 3 years to strengthen the structure and balance the tannin, fruit and acidity into a well-integrated wine. This release showcases the addition of Malbec to the other 3 cultivars which adds extra smoothness and added complexity.
